Uses a system of call
tickets whereby the duty manager will open a call ticket for
each event that requires recording.

Demands that the duty manager closes the call
ticket once the event has been attended to. Pre-determined
methods of closing call tickets can be defined.

Call tickets that are not closed during the
course of the shift will be retained as pending for the next
shift. The next duty manager will be required to attend to
pending events as well as new ones opened.

Has a standard format to allow the printing
out of a report of duty manager events for the morning meeting.

Has sophisticated graphs and reports to
allow analysis for trends of certain events or recurring
problems in the hotel.

Can be interfaced to other JAYBEE systems to
allow duty manager calls to be transferred from other systems to
SmartButler® Duty Manager.
