The new user interface was developed in response to customers' requests for a means of making last-minute changes to a day's messaging rules. SMS TreeView offers quick access to a list of all the runners and escalators who are on call at that moment, and enables an authorized user to easily activate or deactivate runners or escalators, due to last-minute shift changes. No other modifications to an SMS recipient's records are possible from this screen to prevent inadvertent or incorrect changes from being made.

Mr. Joseph Ron, JAYBEE's Managing Director, explained that the new interface was added in accordance with SmartButler^®'s goal of "offering each user precisely the information he/she needs and no more. This enables users to carry out their responsibilities with utmost efficiency and reduces the likelihood of error."

The new feature is available to all existing customers of SmartButler^® with valid Support and Maintenance Agreements.
