JAYBEE is proud to announce the release of SmartButler®'s Trigger Feature

New Trigger operation allows SmartButler® to automatically carry out certain actions in response to information derived from other applications or services.

JAYBEE Systems, the developer of the Guest Service Centre, SmartButler®, is pleased to announce the launch of SmartButler®'s Trigger feature.

This feature involves sophisticated translation of information derived from applications such as Fidelio PMS into SmartButler® actions. For example, a guest check-out event in the PMS could be set up to cause SmartButler® to open a room clean up ticket. Other available triggers include guest check-in, room change, entrance of VIP guests and more.

In addition, the Trigger feature can be used for the purpose of ongoing regular preventive maintenance activities. A Trigger can be defined as a certain day and time, and when the clock detects the pre-determined day and time, a call record can automatically be opened.

Joseph Ron, JAYBEE's Managing Director said that this new feature is a major technological breakthrough that can significantly upgrade efficiency and greatly assist the Guest Service Centre by responding to events happening in other systems of the hotel.  "This new feature is our solution to frustration encountered by Guest Service Centre operators who could not provide optimal guest service as a result of lack of information".
