SmartButler® and SmartFeedback, has announced that it will sell the
two products as a combined solution under the name SmartSuite. The
two products will continue to be sold separately, but the purchase
of SmartSuite will offer financial as well as operational
advantages.
The combination of SmartButler®,
the Guest Service Centre solution, and SmartFeedback, the Guest
Response solution, makes a great deal of sense to hotel customers
seeking to improve their level of service provided to guests. Whilst
SmartButler® represents an internal measure of the level of service
delivered to guests, SmartFeedback gives the guests' impressions and
responses to the hotel's service.

Director, said that SmartFeedback has already proved very popular
with those hotels using it despite the fact that it was only
recently launched. "SmartSuite provides hotel management with both
sides of the coin - the internal operational view as well as the
