Numerous new features have been added following comments and requests received by users of the system. New features include messaging capabilities allowing for more efficient performance, new calendar functions, a list of missed tasks and the “Window of Opportunity” feature.

• Messaging Capability: This sends out an SMS message to a pre-defined list of recipients as soon as a new task becomes active.
• Calendar Function: This now takes holidays and non working days into account when creating daily tasks and scheduling periodical tasks to ensure that tasks cannot be scheduled for days that are not working days.
• 3. Missed Tasks: This relegates tasks that are not carried out on time to a list of Missed Tasks. This allows users to continue to the next scheduled task without the complication of tasks that were not carried out and become irrelevant.
• 4. Window of Opportunity: The new "Window of Opportunity" feature enables users to set a timeframe within which a task should be completed. For example, a user has the ability to arrange that a task can be completed a few days before or after its entered completion date (the Window of Opportunity). Only if the task is not performed within the given timeframe it is removed from the list of current tasks and entered as a missed task.
