Service Centre Software - SmartButler®, has announced the launch of a
beta version SmartPM, a new solution for recording and managing site
assets and equipment. SmartPM is a sophisticated preventative
maintenance tool allowing the site to easily record details of site
assets, and have an automatic reminder system for the necessary
maintenance of equipment.
Preventive Maintenance has been developed using the
same easy user interface that users of other JAYBEE products have
become accustomed to. It includes a number of unique features
including:

The ability to automatically create periodical
tasks in relation to particular pieces of equipment.

The ability to specify the professional required
for the task, and calculate the cost of all the parts and labour
needed.

The ability to attach relevant documentation to the
task that may assist the worker such as mechanical diagrams and
job orders.

The construction of a database that includes
details about suppliers of the site’s assets, the dates of
equipment purchase, warranty expiration and preventative
maintenance tasks that each piece of equipment requires.

SmartPM is the logical next step in JAYBEE’s development of tools to
assist customer hotels in the management of site assets that
directly affect the service given to their customers. “This new
solution will further assist management in their quest to improve
