JAYBEE Systems,
the developer of the hotel Guest Service Centre Software
SmartButler®, has announced the launch of a new solution for the
recording and analysis of duty manager calls. SmartOnDuty
is a tool that allows easy recording and analysis of all
information received relevant to duty mangers during their
shift.
SmartOnDuty has been developed
using the same easy user interface that users of other JAYBEE
products have become accustomed to. It includes a number of
unique features including:

Easy opening of tickets to record events that took place in the hotel
that were dealt with by the duty manager

All duty manager tickets
will need to be closed once the matter has been taken care of

Tickets not closed during
one shift remain open and are carried forward to the next shift
for dealing with

A standard report for
presentation to the morning meeting to facilitate the discussion
of duty manager calls
-
On-line bar charts, pie
charts and printed reports to allow easy analysis of the types
and frequency of calls dealt with by duty mangers

JAYBEE’s suite of products that assist customer hotels in the
delivery of excellent service to guests. “This new solution
will further assist management in their quest to improve
standards of guest service and help the hotel to work in an
