the launch of a new solution for the recording and analysis of guest
questionnaire responses as well as guest comments. SmartFeedback is
a sophisticated tool allowing easy recording and analysis of
feedback information received from guests during or after their stay
at the hotel.
SmartFeedback has been developed
using the same user interface that users of other JAYBEE products
have become accustomed to. It includes a number of unique features
