JAYBEE launches SmartFeedback

New solution for the recording and analysis of guest questionnaire responses and guest comments.

JAYBEE Systems, the developer of the hotel Guest Service Centre Software - SmartButler® has announced the launch of a new solution for the recording and analysis of guest questionnaire responses as well as guest comments. SmartFeedback is a sophisticated tool allowing easy recording and analysis of feedback information received from guests during or after their stay at the hotel.

SmartFeedback has been developed using the same user interface that users of other JAYBEE products have become accustomed to. It includes a number of unique features including:

  • online analysis of all information entered into the system
  • the ability to replicate the hotel's questionnaire in the system for easy recording of information
  • the ability to record guest comments and complaints as well as questionnaire responses
  • sophisticated reporting capabilities, including departmental analysis
  • on-line bar charts, pie charts, printed reports and the calculation of scores based upon guest responses
  • the ability to email a guest questionnaire to checked-out guests for easy completion and analysis

Mr. Joseph Ron, JAYBEE's Managing Director, said that SmartFeedback is the logical next step in JAYBEE's development of tools to assist customer hotels in the measurement of service delivered to guests.
