JAYBEE systems, the
developer of the hotel Guest Service Centre - SmartButler®, has
announced the release of a new version of SmartSuite - an exclusive
combination of SmartButler® and SmartFeedback. Version 4.12, released
this month, contains many operational and technical enhancements,
including a number of new features and capabilities that are unique
to SmartSuite.
The main changes
made in SmartButler® are the addition of PBX capabilities and
expansion of SMS functionality. The PBX includes features such as
automatic updating of SmartButler® via in-house phones. SMS is now
much more stable and is being utilized more efficiently thanks to a
linkage to an external server developed by JAYBEE.
Key changes in
SmartFeedback include the automatic questionnaire emailing system
from which feedback forms are sent to guests after their stay at the
hotel. Another essential addition is the ability to define more than
one questionnaire directed at different target groups in the site.
New reporting abilities have been added to SmartFeedback allowing
the system to play an important role in the conclusion drawing of
the site.

SmartButler® and SmartFeedback Version 4.12 are designed to improve
even further the service delivered to guests by enhancing the
feedback received from guests. "The changes and new features are,
