JAYBEE Launches SmartButler® Report and Analysis Service

New service allows for easy interpretation and analysis of SmartButler® statistical information.

JAYBEE Systems, the developer of the hotel Guest Service Centre Software - SmartButler®, has announced the launch of a new service aimed at the users of SmartButler®.

The SmartButler®'s Report and Analysis service is made available to those customers of SmartButler® wanting to receive assistance in interpreting and reporting the statistics and other information collected during the operation of SmartButler®. JAYBEE will prepare a PowerPoint presentation incorporating all information concerning the operation of SmartButler® that can be presented to hotel management teams for further action. The exact process will involve the emailing of the database at the hotel to JAYBEE for analysis and preparation of the presentation. The process of preparing the presentation takes approximately one week.

At the launch of the new service Mr. Joseph Ron, Managing Director of JAYBEE Systems said that SmartButler® contains sophisticated and flexible reporting capabilities that are currently underutilized by most customers. "We wish to see our customers getting greater benefit from the statistics that are produced by the operation of SmartButler®. In order to provide easier access to the results, JAYBEE is offering to analyze the information and present it in a user-friendly manner".

The new feature is available to all existing customers of SmartButler® with valid Support and Maintenance Agreements.
