JAYBEE successfully installs the new Multisite version of SmartButler® at a customer site

The new multisite version of  SmartButler® allows management of several distinct activities at the hotel on one application.

JAYBEE Systems, the developer of the Guest Service Centre, SmartButler®, has successfully installed the new Multisite version of SmartSuite at a customer's site.

This version allows a single operator to control different activities from the same application. This can be applied in several ways; for example, a hotel might choose to manage internal staff calls or long term maintenance projects in a similar way to guest calls using a parallel system to the Guest Service Centre. In addition an IT service office responsible for supporting several sites from a central resource or location can utilize this application. Each distinct activity (defined as a site on the system) is separately defined together with all relevant information to that activity. It is possible to generate reports and graphs for each site enabling efficient management of calls, standard setting and generation of statistics separately for each activity.

Mr. Joseph Ron, JAYBEE's Managing Director, commented that this new feature is another step in improving the service given to our customers and their customers in turn. "The centralization of many activities using one system allows better follow up on the site's activities as a whole. This feature has been developed following requests by our customers demanding one system in order to prevent confusion and to allow for efficient allocation of resources between services given directly to the guest and internal services".
