JAYBEE Systems, the developer
of the Guest Service Centre, SmartButler®, has successfully
installed the new Multisite version of SmartSuite at a
customer's site.
This version allows a single
operator to control different activities from the same
application. This can be applied in several ways; for example, a
hotel might choose to manage internal staff calls or long term
maintenance projects in a similar way to guest calls using a
parallel system to the Guest Service Centre. In addition an IT
service office responsible for supporting several sites from a
central resource or location can utilize this application. Each
distinct activity (defined as a site on the system) is
separately defined together with all relevant information to
that activity. It is possible to generate reports and graphs for
each site enabling efficient management of calls, standard
setting and generation of statistics separately for each
activity.

step in improving the service given to our customers and their

one system allows better follow up on the site's activities as a
