JAYBEE launches Proactive Guest Management Module

New tool allows hotels to be more proactive in the management of guest satisfaction.

JAYBEE Systems, the developer of the hotel Guest Service Centre - SmartButler®, has announced the launch of its Proactive Guest Management Module – PAGM.

The new tool enables hotels to be in touch with their guests to ascertain their level of satisfaction. PAGM gives the hotels the options to choose which guests to contact as well as the questions guests are asked.

By using PAGM, hotels are given the opportunity to immediately “put right” any problem that becomes apparent during the conversations with the hotel guests.

PAGM can  be effective in positively influencing guest opinions and satisfaction levels. By using PAGM to contact visitors, additional hotel services can be offered during conversations providing more business for the hotel.
