Hilton Europe chooses SmartButler® as its
nominated system for Guest Service Centre Solution.
JAYBEE Systems has
announced that Hilton International’s Continental Europe Division
has chosen JAYBEE product SmartButler® as its chosen Guest Service
Centre solution. Hilton’s decision comes following a process of
evaluating a number of different possible products for use by its
Continental European hotels.
Mr. Anthony Reich, JAYBEE's Chairman, commented that he believes
that this tool will greatly assist Hilton Hotels to manage and
improve the already good relationships with their guests.
SmartButler® demonstrated capabilities to be a winning product
against the best in the market. “Hilton’s decision will serve to
reinforce SmartButler®’s strong position in the European market for
Guest Service Centre solutions. We are very much looking forward to
expanding our relationship with Hilton International”, he said.
