JAYBEE releases a new SmartButler feature called Alerts, a time based warning

A new feature - Alerts, is a time based warning programmed to inform the Guest Service Centre of repeat and irregular service calls in real time.

JAYBEE Systems, the developer of the Guest Service Centre, SmartButler® has added a new feature to SmartButler called Alerts. This feature offers two main uses.
The first one is to alert the Guest Service Agent when a guest requests the same service a second time due to it not yet having been provided. In this case, Alerts is designed to prevent the opening of a second call ticket, and directs the Guest Service Agent to the original ticket.

The second use of this feature is to monitor services requested by the same customer more than once over a pre-determined period of time. For example, if a guest in a room complained about a certain problem and it was fixed, the system automatically highlights a recurrence of the same problem in the same room within the defined time period. The Alert warning is received by the Guest Service Agent the moment the second call ticket is opened.

JAYBEE's Managing Director, Joseph Ron, said that this new feature is another effort to continue to improve the service provided to the customers. "We believe that it is important to try to identify repetitive problems in real time to give a higher level of service and this feature addresses this problem directly".
