SmartButler^® is Compatible with Windows 7*

Windows 7 users will need to run SmartButler^® MS-SQL version.

JAYBEE Systems, the developer of the hotel Guest Service Centre Software SmartButler^®, has announced that SmartButler^® is compatible to run on workstations running the newly released Microsoft operating system, Windows 7.

Because Windows 7 is an entirely new style of operating system using a different infrastructure, many applications have discovered that they are not compatible to operate on workstations which run Windows 7. SmartButler^® MS-SQL version is compatible with Windows 7 due to the fact that it eliminates the need for intermediate components by utilizing the ADO direct database connector.

Mr Joseph Ron, JAYBEE's Managing Director, said that he is encouraged by the success of operating SmartButler^® on computers which running Windows 7. “Users wishing to install SmartButler^® on a Windows 7 platform should be in touch with our support team to get the help required for the setup which is more complicated than before,” he said.
