SmartButler® Guest Service Centre, has announced the launch
of SmartButler® FM for use by facilities management
companies. This version of SmartButler® is ideally suited
for facilities managers to enable them to efficiently manage all
calls received from customers in a way that provides the best
possible customer service. SmartButler® FM is based upon
JAYBEE’s classic SmartButler® Guest Service Centre system
which is in extensive use in the hotel industry, having been
installed in more than 200 hotels in over 40 countries around
the world.
JAYBEE is particularly pleased to
announce that Flexim Facility Management from Switzerland has
implemented SmartButler® FM for the management of its
client base. Flexim decided to adopt SmartButler® FM for
its use after careful evaluation of SmartButler®’s
capabilities and features compared to other similar systems.
